Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product details for eligibility.

Earrings and other intimate jewelry items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. Once the replacement or exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days.
Exchanges for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability) can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
